Union County Employers Legislative Committee (ELC) is part of a
network of
ELC's, established by the
New Jersey Business & Industry Association
(NJBIA) in 1959. We are an independent, local organization that
meets for 90 minutes over breakfast on the third Wednesday of the month.
Speakers include legislators, cabinet members or local officials who discuss
important issues pertinent to business. In addition, NJBIA’s government
affairs experts give a briefing on legislative and regulatory issues.
There is no better way to meet with your legislators,
network with your
colleagues, and learn about issues
affecting your business,
than to
attend the Union
County
ELC meetings.
Take advantage of this opportunity to tell
your
legislators
and other decision makers, such
as the
governor,
cabinet members, and
legislative leaders,
how their
decisions impact
your business.
